DELIVERY PROCESS
Safely picked, quality-checked, loaded, and securely transported on Mirrors of London's own delivery vehicles.
Once your Mirrors of London purchase has been securely packed, it will begin its journey to its new home.
Once your Mirrors of London purchase has been shipped, one of our dedicated team members will contact you 24 to 48 hours before delivery. We will provide you with a 1-hour delivery time slot. If the scheduled time does not work for you, please reach out to us via email, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Alternatively, we can leave your order in a safe place if needed.
Our in-house delivery team will bring your mirror right to your door, and no task is too big! If you'd like, we can carry the mirror into your home and place it in any room of your choice. We're also happy to dispose of the packaging for you. If you'd like to inspect your order before the driver leaves, they'll gladly wait while you check it over.

Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive further correspondence from us via email and text message which will confirm the exact delivery date and exact time slot for your order, so please keep an eye out for this.
On the day of your delivery, you will also be able to track the delivery driver, using a link which will be sent to your email address on the delivery date.
Please be aware that sometimes, if your order consists of more than 1 product, they may be shipped on different dates.
Please note, that all orders are shipped by our own dedicated Delivery Team, which means we are flexible to make it easier for customers to accept their delivery. For example, if your property has restricted access, then simply drop us an email in advance to make us aware, so that this information can be passed on to our Delivery Team for a seamless delivery.
We always want to ensure that your order is safely received, so if you are not going to be at your delivery address on the date/ at the time of your expected delivery, then please email us in advance to make us aware of either a 'safe place' or neighbour that your order can be delivered to or simply request to change your delivery date or delivery address.

RETURNS PROCESS
Please contact our customer service team via email at info@mirrorsoflondon.co.uk or through live chat with your order number and reason for return. This must be done within 30 days of receiving your mirror.
Your request will be processed within 24 hours of contacting us. Once the returns request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a collection date with our delivery team.
Please note, as our returns process is free, we will collect your order during the next available delivery in your area to reduce our carbon footprint. This may take a few days before our delivery team can arrange the collection. The mirror must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund if the mirror is damaged or if the original packaging is not used.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the required conditions, we will contact you to discuss this. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
You can return an item purchased from Mirrors of London free of charge within 30 days from the date you receive the item.
Please see the returns slip, which is enclosed with your parcel, for instructions about how to return your parcel. Please note, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. The mirror, packaging, and any additional products must be in their original condition, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return or issue a refund.
