Refund policy

You can return an item purchased from Mirrors of London free of charge within 30 days from the date you receive the item.

Please see the returns slip, which is enclosed with your parcel, for instructions about how to return your parcel. Please note, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. The mirror, packaging, and any additional products must be in their original condition, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return or issue a refund. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the required conditions, we will contact you to discuss this. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
