Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive further correspondence from us via email and text message which will confirm the exact delivery date and exact time slot for your order, so please keep an eye out for this.

On the day of your delivery, you will also be able to track the delivery driver, using a link which will be sent to your email address on the delivery date.

Please be aware that sometimes, if your order consists of more than 1 product, they may be shipped on different dates.

Please note that all orders are fulfilled by our dedicated delivery network. As a growing small business, our mirrors are delivered by a combination of our own in-house delivery team and our trusted third-party delivery partner, who have been carefully selected to ensure your mirror is handled with the same care and attention we would expect from our own team.

If your property has restricted access, or if you have any specific delivery requirements such as needing your mirror taken to a particular room, please drop us an email in advance so that this information can be passed on to your delivery team for a seamless delivery experience.

We always want to ensure that your order is safely received, so if you are not going to be at your delivery address on the date/ at the time of your expected delivery, then please email us in advance to make us aware of either a ‘safe place’ or neighbour that your order can be delivered to or simply request to change your delivery date or delivery address.

Disclaimer- The term ‘working days’ includes Monday- Friday and excludes Saturday- Sunday as well as all public holidays If your delivery address for your order is outside of the Mainland  United Kingdom, you may incur additional delivery charges than those listed above.

A remote area surcharge may apply to certain postcodes in Scotland and other remote areas of the United Kingdom. Where applicable, this charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
