We plan to release a varied product catalogue with products that range from vintage mirrors to cool, modern mirrors. Our mirrors can be used flexibly as wall mirrors or free standing and use primarily glass and metal materials.

Each design has been cut to measure its most suitable room. Our mirrors fit in a variety of rooms, including your bathroom, lounge, bedroom and more! Specifically designed garden mirrors are planned as part of our brand expansion. You can refer to each product description for comments about which room each mirror best fits.

At present, we do not have a showroom. We are aiming to be the best place to get mirrors online in the UK.

When ordering multiple products, we will try to ensure your order is delivered in one parcel. If you are missing part of your order, it is possible that we have sent it in more than one parcel. If this is the case, please check your dispatch email for details of how the parcels will be shipped. Please also check the invoice that we have placed inside the envelope in alongside your products, which will detail the items that should be in the parcel.

You can return an item purchased from Mirrors of London free of charge within 30 days from the date you receive the item. Please find a free returns slip included inside your parcel and follow the instructions. Please see our full returns policy for more information.

Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the returns process using the free returns label. If you would like to amend the order then the same process applies.

No, unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. Please simply return your item(s) and place a new order for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned items.

Picture of the fault / incorrect item. We will then look into the issue that you have raised with us and we will inform you of the next steps.

If you have lost the pre-paid return label, please complete the contact form to request a new label, we will arrange for it to be sent directly to you by email within 1 business day.

You can certainly use a different courier than the one that delivered the package. Please contact us using the contact form and we will respond within 1 business day providing instructions to return the package. Please keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, Mirrors of London will not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we recommend you choose a trackable shipping service.

You can use the same box and pre-paid label for multiple orders. Please ensure that the items being returned are clearly detailed on the returns form.

Unfortunately, we are not able to advise what customs charges may be applied for any international shipments. Any customs charges are enforced based on the decision of the courier and local laws. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be paid by Mirrors of London.

The total payment will be charged to your card as soon as you place the order unless you are using the Klarna service, the payment structure for which will be clearly stated when processing your payment.
