Mirrors of London will not be held responsible for any damage caused to property or harm caused to people.
Please ensure to read our recommendations for the use of each mirror as they all vary in suitability. For example, some mirrors can be wall-mounted whereas others are to be free-standing or to be mounted onto a base; this information can be found in the description section of each product on our website.
If you choose to go against our guidance in regards to the use of the mirror, then please be aware that you will do so at your own risk. For example, if you choose to wall-mount a mirror that we have described as ‘free-standing’, this would be going against our advice.
Please note that our recommendations are in place to keep you safe. We are aware that every house is different (different wall materials used for example) and therefore we recommend that you seek professional help when mounting any mirror on a wall even if when a mirror is described as being able to be ‘wall-mounted’ as it is important that the correct tools and equipment are used to prevent damage to your property.
If you cause any damage to the mirror after it has been purchased when being used in a way that goes against our advice (for example wall-mounting a mirror described as being ‘free-standing’ then we will not be held responsible for this damage and you will not be able to exchange or return (for a refund) your mirror.
