Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive further correspondence from us via email and text message which will confirm the exact delivery date and exact time slot for your order, so please keep an eye out for this.
On the day of your delivery, you will also be able to track the delivery driver, using a link which will be sent to your email address on the delivery date.
Please be aware that sometimes, if your order consists of more than 1 product, they may be shipped on different dates.
Please note, that all orders are shipped by our own dedicated Delivery Team, which means we are flexible to make it easier for customers to accept their delivery. For example, if your property has restricted access, then simply drop us an email in advance to make us aware, so that this information can be passed on to our Delivery Team for a seamless delivery.
